How to shop on OAMC.com

To consult our catalogue, please select a category from the navigation menu.
To see all the details of an article, click on the picture to open the product page, where you will find more images and details about that item.
When you have made your choice, select your size from the product page and click on "add to cart". Please note it is not possible to add a product to the cart without selecting the size.
To proceed with your order, click on the cart in the upper right corner of the screen, and then on "Checkout".

How to place an order

Orders can be placed directly on OAMC.com only. If the order has been placed correctly and is confirmed, you will automatically be redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with these details.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your Spam folder or contact our Customer Care Team.

Checking the status of an order

If you are a registered user, please log into your Account to view the status of your order in the Orders section.
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with a link to track your shipment.

Cancelling or amending an order

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be amended or cancelled. You must wait to receive your order before proceeding with the return.
To return your order, please read the instructions in the Returns section of the FAQ and contact our Customer Care Team.

My order has been declined

If the system has declined your order, please check that all the information entered is correct.
If all the information is correct, please contact your credit card issuer and then, if necessary, inform our Customer Care Team.

Invoicing

A purchase receipt is issued for each order and the document will be sent as an attachment to the order confirmation email.
In case you need an invoice for tax purposes, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the invoicing details or issue a new invoice that is different to that already issued.

Creating an account on OAMC.com enables you to:

- save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process;
- save the contents of your cart;
- easily access your details and order history.

How to create an account

To create an account, indicate your name, email address, password and country in the Sign Up section of the Account area.
You can also register at the Checkout, before making a purchase. The data entered at the Checkout will then be saved to your account.

Changing your account details

You can update your account details anytime by going to Account and accessing the Addresses section.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, you will find a reset password link in the Login section of the Account area.
Enter the email address that you used to register to receive the required information via email. The email might take a couple of minutes to reach your account.

If you haven't received the email with the reset password link, please check your Spam folder or contact our Customer Care Team.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

OAMC.com currently accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Amex, Apple Pay and Klarna.

All your purchases are made with complete security using state-of-the-art e-commerce technological systems and coding systems (SSL) to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and credit card information.

Payment charges

Payment usually occurs in two stages:

- authorization: the customer's payment details are verified and the transaction is approved;
- acquisition: the reserved amount is transferred from the customer’s account to the OAMC/Drop S.r.l.

As a default setting, payments are processed immediately after authorization.
Only products shipped will be charged.

The payment will be shown on your bank statement as Drop S.r.l., our merchant of record.

Promotional codes

If you have a promotional code, you can use it by simply entering it at Checkout. Please note that promotional codes are non-cumulative with other promotions, such as sales.

Refunds

You can return or request a refund for any item ordered on OAMC.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will be requested on the same day as acceptance.

The amount will be refunded through our payment gateway upon receiving the return confirmation email and will take up to 7 working days to process. The time it takes to restore the credit to your account depends on the credit card issuer.

TAX INFORMATION

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors, including type of item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment. The final amount will be indicated in the invoice you receive with the Shipping Confirmation email.

OAMC currently ships to the all the countries listed in OAMC website

You can choose your shipping country by clicking on the bottom right–hand corner of the website, or during checkout.

The order must be made directly from the website of the country to which it will be delivered. If you select another shipping country your shopping bag may be modified or emptied.

OAMC is available on Beyond App by BorderX Lab for delivery to China.

Shipping times and costs

The delivery of items purchased on OAMC.com usually takes place within 5 business days from receiving the order in the EU, and within 8 business days for all other destinations.

Shipping is made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to all EU countries and Japan, United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and Switzerland, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and duties and import taxes may apply. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday and sales periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends. An extra working day, considering the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

Orders will be shipped with DHL to all countries. Orders shipped to the UK and Switzerland will be dispatched with UPS.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped.

Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.

Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO BOX or military base addresses.

Signature on delivery

For security reasons, all purchases made on OAMC.com will require the signature of the customer, or a delegated person over the age of 18, at the time of delivery.

If the parcel is not delivered on the first attempt, the courier will make two further attempts to deliver it. If all three attempts fail, the parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse.

Please note that the courier may ask the person who collects the package to present a valid identity document.

Tracking your shipment

You can track the shipment of your order via the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to work.

If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order and the tracking number under Order Status in your Account area.

Returns

You can return any item ordered on OAMC.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

A return request can be submitted by filling the Return Form in the Returns section of our website.
Returns must be shipped using the pre-paid return label provided by OAMC upon filling the Return Form.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

For returns from EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan, and the United States, the return costs and customs duties are covered only if you use the return label provided by OAMC.

A return fee of 30 EUR and customs duties will be applied to all returns from non-EU countries excluding Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan and the United States.
For your convenience, the return costs and customs duties, wherever due, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Return instructions

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all the tags and security seals untouched. Boxes, dust bags and other packaging must be returned with the items.
It is not possible to return customized items and publications. This does not affect the customer’s rights according to the law.

2. Submit the return request by filling in the Return Form, in order to activate the return and refund process. You will receive a pre-paid return label.

3. Package the items you wish to return, preferably in their original box, and make sure that it's properly sealed.

4. Attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box. Please make sure that no other shipping labels are visible on the outside of the box.

5. You will receive an email with the pick-up date of the goods.

6. You can check the status of your return at any time in the Account area under Order Status.

7. Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received and checked by our warehouse.

OAMC reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit, or if they are not in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (see point 1).

If you decide to return your order without using the label supplied by OAMC, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. In this case, we advise you to entrust the return shipping to a secure courier and retain the receipt as proof of shipping.

Exchanges

OAMC.com is unable to process exchange requests at the moment. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, we suggest that you request a return and submit a new order for the desired replacement item.

You may submit a return request within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. To proceed with the return request please refer to the Return Instructions or contact our Customer Care Team.

OAMC does not sell its merchandise through individuals, street vendors, unauthorised retail locations or unauthorised websites.
